Auckland Museum Chooses Rendezvous Venue Management Software

At Auckland Museum managing events presents unique logistical challenges. Venues at the Museum include the Grand Foyer, which seats 250 for cocktail parties, product launches, banquets, balls, or wedding receptions; two major galleries; Members’ Lounge, and the nostalgic Centennial Street, with replica streets and houses from Auckland’s past.

The Museum dramatically increased its venue capacity with the completion of a Grand Atrium over three years. This included a purpose-built events center on the roof which seats 450 people, together with a 200-seater auditorium and some smaller function rooms. It was decided to install Rendezvous venue management software to run the business.

Getting back to the workplace with the utmost safety

A fearful year has almost gone by, and companies have already started looking for ways to resume work at the office. There was an active online engagement, busy meeting schedules, at the start of the work-from-home model. But, now such collaboration is becoming what is called the ‘zoom fatigue’, and there is a steep decline in employee productivity.

As every organization plans to make employees return to the office, there must be a stringent practice of safety measures for a secure and efficient workplace! That’s where Agile technology steps in! Getting back to the workplace is not a joke; it’s more of a ‘need-of-the-hour’ to boost human interaction for holistic benefits. Companies constantly communicate with employees to mutually agree on continuing work from the office.

Agile working technology is recognized as a saviour during this challenging period. It ideally promotes a safe, flexible working environment, enforcing social distancing and maintaining hygiene. Rendezvous technology from NFS group supports Agile working model during this uncertain time, helping companies across the globe.
